My current research project focuses on domesticity and technology in nineteenth-century print culture by showing how ephemera, cookbooks, advertising trade cards, and narrative reorganize domestic labor. I have forthcoming chapters in Nineteenth Century American Literature In Transition Volume I and Debates in Digital Humanities Pedagogy and was recently published in Teaching with Digital Humanities: Tools and Methods for Nineteenth Century America, ed.
